Remake of painting

In the "Land of the Aartvarkians" piece, I added a whole layer of transparent cutouts to a painting done last year, with my words added. I call this revision the "Aartvarkian Primer".
Aartvarkia is an imaginary place, with its own cryptic written language. These glyphic characters are rather mysterious. Since I don't know exactly where they came from, I made up this "Aartvarkia" world as a way of explaining their origin.
